The facts are out Burger King’s operations in the UK Ireland all beef patties contain horse meat. The company claim it was the fault of a meat supplier in
Poland and have since changed suppliers. Maybe they didn’t know and then again maybe they did. What is probably true is the price of meat from this company was cheaper and therefore the place to buy. Makes one wonder who can be trusted these days to tell the truth. I don’t suppose horse meat will harm our health, but if you advertize beef then where is the beef???? I ‘m sure we ate worse during the war, in fact I know we did. Spam was the meat of choice in England all through the war years, and God only knows what was in the spam. However we were at war so there is an excuse, where is the excuse today. So my friends before you visit your favourite fast food outlet check for a hitching rail in the parking lot.
