After my beefs about the Legion membership being in trouble. I have come to the conclusion we are not the only organization in that boat. This morning our local Mason (Free) Lodge paraded to our church. Parade is probably the wrong word, hobbled, limped etc would better describe them. In other words no sign of new young members. My guess, there wasn’t a mason under 50 years of age.
I learned another thing about the internet today and added photos to “Flickr” called photostream. Mostly Ganges pictures and a few other naval photos, hope you enjoy! As Christmas is just around the corner I have decided its time to push my book. (I heard you say Ugh!!!) I added an excerpt from chapter ten (Is It Going To Rain) to my web page. I invite you to have a look on the menu under “my books”. Seriously if you are stuck without any idea of what to buy a parent, aunt or uncle or just a friend please consider my book. I sold a lot last Christmas and from what I was told it was a very well received gift. If you want a signed copy from me please don’t wait too long, delivery and or mail becomes a problem with the seasonal rush.
