Dandelions are Beautiful

Walking back through the fields today I couldn’t help but notice the thousands of dandelions. Firstly they are so much nicer to look at than the winter snow. If one takes the time to really study them closely they are indeed quite beautiful. They add a vibrant colour to the lush green grass and the leafy trees. Just a weed you say! They are part of nature and can be used to make wine and leaves are edible.
