The installation of our latest Lieutenant Governor Frank Lewis has given me cause for thought. I began in this program in 1988 when MacPhail was the Lt Gov, there have been four more in between and I’m now on my sixth Lt Gov. That’s a period of 24 years, am I getting old or what??? I like what I’m doing and believe this is truly a wonderful program for young people to participate in.
I have enjoyed every moment and had the privilege of meeting some of Canada’s finest young people. I highly recommend it to any youth aged 14 to 25. Indeed, I challenge young people to give it a try.
