Belfast Scooter

As we draw nearer to the Titanic disaster I have been thinking about the City of my birth, Belfast. Just this morning I came across this interesting photo of a scooter parked in front of the Belfast City Hall. I haven’t got my Lambretta on the road yet,its still too cold here. Linda has been out on her newest bike a few times, but even with all her motorcycle gear on she was cold too. Anyway today is the 4th April and Titanic is docked in Southampton(One hundred years ago today), awaiting the loading of provisions, luggage and finally passengers. Who could have imagined what lay in store just a few days ahead. I think crossing the Atlantic aboard Titanic one could not have felt safer??? That really brings home the saying, “One day at a time”.
Cheers and keep reading
