Still no word about this program being cut. I contacted my MLA last week, he was going to check with Minister of Education and get back to me. So far nothing. I have emailed the Eastern School Board with the same question, no response yet. However, it was a long holiday weekend so that is probably the reason for no answers. I’ll be patience a little longer! but only a little longer. I’m outraged that they would cut a program that cost so little and gave so great a benefit to our children. I’m thinking Wednesday is my deadline! no satisfactory answers by then and I’m going to the newspapers and to anyone else I can think of. This Liberal government have done so many stupid,greedy and self serving things someone has to speak up. If our MLA’s stopped feeding themselves at tax payers expense we could afford to keep these wonderful and inexpensive programs.
Time for younger and apparently hard of hearing Robert Ghiz to heed the people that elected him.
