Why Not Go With Plan C

I suppose based on actions to date, it might be asking too much of this government to suggest they exercise a little common sense.
I’m referring to their blind policy of forcing the issue of the Plan B highway extension through Bonshaw. Surely it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see why Plan B should be scrapped in favour of completing the Charlottetown bypass through Cornwall, I believe its referred to as Plan C. We presently have an incomplete bypass that abruptly ends just outside the city limits at the Industrial Park. This causes a bottle neck and a very unsafe situation running through North River and Cornwall. I have been told we cannot afford to complete the bypass???? if that is so could someone explain to me how they can afford Plan B????If you have to spend money we don’t have then do it sensibly and finish the bypass. Is anyone in this government listening, doesn’t seem like it!!!!
