If the Lt Governor;s Residence happened to be located on the corner in Tryon the Plan B highway would have to bypass it. Why? well, its a heritage home and it would be against the law to knock it down to make way for a highway. However, the home in question isn’t the residence of the PEI Lt Gov. Our transparent Ghiz Government will probably get away with breaking/bending the law. They are depending on the fact this small heritage home has little significance, plus there are betting no one will notice??? It doesn’t matter in law if this house is considered a particular historic residence or not. Its a registered heritage property and that is all that should be required. No matter how the Ghiz people wiggle they are breaking the law as far as I can see. The people of PEI need to know the truth, and this government needs to act in accordance with our laws.
The house in Tryon is listed with Heritage Homes PEI it is named DOMA. You can search details on the Heritage web site http://www.peihistoricplaces.ca
I have emailed the site with questions about this house (doma) so far no reply. But keep in mind Heritage is a government agency???
We shall see?????
Cheers and keep reading.
