Last night a meeting was held on the Plan B environmental impact of building the new highway through the Bonshaw Hills . As expected, it was considered minimal as detailed in a two hundred page report!!! How many people at that meeting do you think had time to thoroughly read the report???Right, no one. People were interviewed on the radio this morning, no one spoke in favour of this highway. This government is not listening and forcing their policy down our throats. Lets talk about the heritage property in Tryon. The latest government assessment is the house is located on a dangerous corner. Yet a couple of years ago when Ron McKinley was Transport minister he assessed the house and driveway as safe, now its unsafe. Seems this government says whatever suits its purpose at the time. We may not be able to stop them now, but be sure every member of this government will find his/her pink slip in the ballot box in the next election. There are rumours about, possibly Wes Sheridan is leaving politics for a job offer, he’d be wise to take the job. There is a rumour Richard Brown may join the NDP and several other backbenchers are unhappy with the present government policy. If we are lucky this crowd could self destruct before much longer!!!! We can only hope.
Cheers and keep reading.

As a previous owner of Doma. I can also add that there was a second driveway to the property 75 ft closer to the Crapaud side of the property. I used it many times in summer when friends visited with fifth wheels. A circular route through the property. Why the current office says unsafe I cannot understand. I had an RCMP temant for a year and the Cruiser entered and exited quite well.
Keep at em amigo. You may just win this battle
