Out with the old and in with the new!!! We traded the Toyota Yaris this morning on the 2013 Kia Soul. What an amazing vehicle, I have to admit most of the equipment baffles me!!! I have worked out how to lock and unlock doors and of course I can drive it. However, using all the other gadgetry will come with time. I was disappointed with Toyota, I guess when you are number one you don’t try as hard?? I have leased two Toyota vehicles and at first the dealer service was good. Five years ago when we returned the Echo they charge me a $1000, but said I’d get it back from the government. There was a $1000 incentive to buy small. The Echo was mint,undercoated with only 40 thou klms. When we took the Yaris back they wanted to charge me an extra $1300. Just getting a little too greedy for my liking so hence the Kia. We completed the deal with no extra charges and leased the new vehicle. Toyota lost a good customer.
