Beware! of these tricky little leprechaun’s, they come in many forms, short and tall, large and small. Alien leprechaun’s with phony Green Cards have been sighted as far south in the USA as Florida. They will dance with you and flatter you and lure you home to drink your whiskey and take their advantage of you. As for their pot of gold, that is just an old Irish myth most leprechaun’s don’t have a pot to save their gold in, In fact they don’t have a pot to you know what in either. At least they haven’t since Ireland adopted the Euro!!!
A leprechaun (Irish: leipreachán) is a type of fairy in Irish folklore, usually taking the form of an old man, clad in a red or green coat, sometimes in hot climates a checkered shirt and shorts, who enjoys partaking in mischief. Like other fairy creatures, leprechauns have been linked to the Tuatha Dé Danann of Irish mythology. The leprechauns spend all their time busily making shoes, and store away all their coins in a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If ever captured by a human, the leprechaun has the magical power to grant three wishes in exchange for their release. Popular depiction shows the leprechaun as being no taller than a small child, with a beard and hat, although they may originally have been perceived as the tallest of the mound-dwellers (the Tuatha Dé Danann).
Hey!! I have to blog about something!!!!! Surely its no more difficult believing in leprechauns than believing what we hear from our governments.
God Bless and keep reading.
