Over the last couple of games I have become depressed with Arsenal’s performance, losing to Stoke and in Europe. But today they restored my faith by winning over Everton 4-1. It was a good game and very close until the Gunners penalty. The penalty cause me a missed heart beat when Arteta scored but the ref recalled it and made him take it over. A hugely tense moment but he put it in the back of the net for a second time in so many minutes and Arsenal were ahead 2-1. After that it was pretty much all Arsenal as they scored twice more through Giroud. Now its on to the semi finals and their next challenge, don’t know yet who they will face until the other quarter final games are all in. Fingers crossed, Arsenal must win some silver this year.
