Fathers day from Susannah

What a lovely thing to have a daughter say about her father. She has made me very proud. I loved my two girls with absolute conviction and will until the end of my days. I had a most unpleasant childhood, and was always determined that my children would not suffer the same fate . When I travelled the Maritimes with my automotive business, taking my girls with me during the summer holidays was wonderful company. Caroline was quite particular and when we stopped at a motel for the night she would unpack her clothes and put them in the chest of drawers!!. Susannah was a wee bit more difficult, I always had to find a motel with a pool, indoors or out it didn’t matter. Such wonderful memories to share and hold dear, just so sad they are over now.

He looks like a normal sweater vesting guy right here, doesn’t he? Well he is actually is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Courageous, wise, funny as shit, compassionate and kind without limitations, and simply the man who molded me into who I am. I have amazing parents, and am endlessly proud to be their child and legacy. I love my dad…happy fathers day Frederick Rodgers!
