budge 311692645_10155790639810385_5168797138926340264_nWhen Budge finished the Dartmouth Epic Ironman race and finished first in the overall female category I was very impressed. I was so proud of her accomplishment, her athletic prowess and ability to complete such a grueling race. What I didn’t realize at the time was the fact she had also qualified for the World Competition. The REDMAN Triathlon to be held in Oklahoma City next September. Susannah will compete at this race as part of Team Canada, Wow Budge way to go!!!!!

ABOUT REDMAN TRIATHLON

OKLAHOMA is a word that was coined by the native American missionary Allen Wright. He combined two Choctaw words, “ukla” meaning man and “humá” meaning red to form the word that first appears in an 1866 Choctaw treaty.

Oklahoma means REDMAN and REDMAN means a challenging swim, a “rolling hills” yet fast bike course, and a closed, flat run course, combined with service and support that will exceed the expectations of the seasoned Full distance or the newbie Half distance triathlete alike.

So proud of Susannah for her amazing achievement of representing Canada at this World Event on 26th September 2016.

God Bless and keep reading
