The photo that shocked the world into action regarding the refugee crisis, the little three year old washed up on the beach
is raising many questions???
The father Abdullah Kurdi has blamed the Canadian government for the boys death. However, Kurdi was able to return home with the bodies of his family and bury them, he travelled a distance of over 800 miles to do this. What is even more incredible, he did this while he was supposedly fleeing a war zone. Also it has come to light that he was the captain of the boat carrying his family and the other refugees, twelve lost their lives. Two Iraqi passengers have stated Kurdi begged them not to tell Turkish authorities he was operating the boat. Zainah Abbas and Ahmed Hadi told their story to reporters at Baghdad’s airport where they arrived carrying the coffins of their two dead children aged ten and eleven.. Beyond these conflicting stories we now have suggestions that this was a staged ISIS propaganda agenda!. So what is the truth? its hard to tell from this distance but surely makes one wonder if we are getting accurate facts or just what the local warring factions want us to believe. I’m beginning to think that proper process and checking the individuals background’s is essential before we allow them into this country. If that takes longer than some think necessary so be it. Just too many unanswered questions at the moment, we have to be certain of the people we welcome to Canada.
