Arsenal win again with a score of 3-0 over Watford, that keeps them second in the premier league table just two points behind Manchester City the leaders.
On the election front, which is almost over. Just one day to go in the longest election campaign in Canadian history. It surprises me that in this lengthy campaign of some 78 days only one candidate managed to call at my door. Gail Shea of the conservative party visited a week ago, she spent approximately twenty minutes chatting and discussing the issues. However, not one other candidate found the time to call on me during those seventy eight long days. . Not Robert Morrissey of the Liberal Party, nor Herb Dickieson from the NDP, and certainly not Nils Ling of the Greens. I find that rather strange, Abram Village/Wellington have a reasonably large block of votes and one would think all four hopefuls would have put in an appearance. Now I’m left with a decision of for whom I shall cast my vote. If Gail did not represent Harper I think I would give her my vote, she at least took the trouble of talking with me. But that’s not possible, unfortunately for Ms Shea, I can’t under any circumstances support Harper. That leaves me with the choice of NDP-Liberals-Greens. I don’t feel any one of them deserve my vote simply because they never bothered to call, or even to leave their calling card on my door knob. Guess I will have to sleep on this dilemma before making up my mind.
Time to go to Church, maybe I’ll pray on this difficult decision???
