Saint Patrick Day Storm?

001002Saint Patrick day was a quiet time this year although we did get a mini storm on the 18th, maybe ten centimeters of snow. However as the saying goes, March came in like a lamb but could possibly go out like a lion! Nasty weather forecast for the coming week and starting on Monday. Alas the Mini is back in the garage for the duration. We should know better by now, but every time we begin to think it might be an early spring we get hit with more bad weather.  Winter on PEI isn’t over until its over and regarding an early spring! its questionable if we even have spring. Its more like we go from winter to summer!!arsenal pennent

Arsenal defeated Everton 2-0 to keep their slender hopes of winning the title alive. Slender indeed as Leicester City defeated QPR 1-0 to remain top of the table, Spurs play tomorrow, another interesting and important game. Its a tough life being a soccer fan at this time of the year, but my fingers are crossed. Anything can happen in the game of football, lots of surprises when least expected. There are mounting questions about Arsene Wenger the manager? do we need a change after twenty years??? maybe.

God Bless and keep reading
