Political Pot Mess

Maybe I’m getting too old and have become cynical, or maybe I’m wise enough to see through this latest political pot mess of excuses, lies and outright nonsense. Have you ever tried to listen to Dennis King, it takes a while and it takes patience. At the end of his lengthy diatribes, I’m still the uncertain as to what he actual said or if he answered the question. Federal politics are no better, maybe worse? Trudeau promised his first election would be the last FPTP election. Here we are many years later and we still have FPTP. One would have to take serious thought before voting for the Federal opposition, as for the NDP that is a vote for the Liberals. So, you can see what I’m saying here, we have a political pot mess. I’m beginning to think we are getting people that have only their self interest at heart. Its good money, good perks and a great pension after eight years, certainly an incentive to run. Some like Lawrence MacAulay, like the money so much they stay on for as long as they can. Few if any really get into politics for the betterment of the Country or the people. Like I said at the beginning of this blog, perhaps I have become cynical???? What do you think????
